Hello WIRE friends!

We are excited to share the details about our October 10th WIRE Breakfast Gathering. This time, we’re doing something a little different!

Executive Coach John O’Grady will lead us in a focused workshop, “Leading in Uncertainty.” The event will take place at the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 10. A light breakfast will be provided by Community Builders Advisory Services. 

 The session will cover:

• Adaptive Leadership: staying flexible and balancing priorities

• Clarity in Ambiguity: how to be an “anchor” for the people around you

• Opportunity Mindset: identifying and capitalizing on emerging needs

You will walk away with actionable ideas you can put to work immediately! Plus there will be plenty of time to network with other WIRE members.

Following the session, you are invited for a short brainstorming session about the future of WIRE.  Like all y’all, we are planning for 2026!

The cost to participate is just $50, with a portion of the proceeds going to our friends at HomeAid Austin, a local non-profit whose mission is to build new lives for those experiencing or at-risk of homelessness through construction, community engagement, and education.
