Ale brings a diverse background in project management, operations, and design to her role at HomeAid Austin. With a passion for organization and problem-solving, she enjoys bringing people, ideas, and resources together to make things happen. Her experience volunteering and working with nonprofit organizations has strengthened her belief in the power of community and the meaningful impact people can make when they work toward a shared purpose.
Outside of work, Ale loves traveling with her husband and son, exploring new places and cultures, visiting museums, and getting creative with just about any project that lets her work with her hands.
